Students can avail SC/ST Scholarship awarded by the state/central government to pursue the UG /PG courses whose parentally income does not exceed Rs. 2 Lakhs.

Students can avail Rs 1000 for every students through "Tamil Pudalvan" and "Pudukmai pen" scheme awarded by the Tamilnadu government.

Sriram Educational Trust has created “Sriram Scholarship Fund” with a corpus fund of Rs. 5 crores to provide financial assistance to the needy deserving students of Sriram Educational Institutions. Under this , Rs.40 lakhs scholarship is given every year to Sriram College of Arts & Science for the following category of students:
Meritorious, academically strong with high Cumulative Grade Point (on merit basis).
Meritorious and economically poor.
Very poor but above average in academics.
Sriram College of Arts and Science was instituted in the year 1998. It is affiliated to the University of Madras and approved by the AICTE and the Government of Tamilnadu. It is situated at Perumalpattu near Veppampattu Railway Station.
